The Systems are designed for working widths up to 3,000 mm.
The sophisticated Convection Heating System in the upper furnace chamber (patented).
The patented EED- Convection Heating System “ JETSTREAM “ guarantees, that “ Low-E “ – glasses with an emissivity ε up to < 0.02 can be tempered with perfect quality.
Standard float glass can be tempered using this system with significant shorter cycle-times because of the reduction of necessary heating time, it means heating times down to only 32 sec / per mm glass thickness are possible.
